Are there Aisans performers in westend or broadway?

I am thinking of studying musical theatre and i really want to become a performer. I am just wondering as an asian, would I get the chance to do so? I really want to give it a try. I have my own career now but I am not really happy with it, so I want to make my hobby to become a career. FYI, I am 25. I might be too old to start now. Please give me honest answers. Thanks
