Who should I support: North Carolina or Kansas?

I'm looking for a college basketball team to support and I limited it down to two. Which one should I pick: the North Carolina Tar Heels or the Kansas Jayhawks? I'm looking for overall consistency, fun-to-watch basketball, and also famous alumni.
