Who are all the other people on the Tennis Court?

I'm watching the French Open (cause I don't feel like changing the channel haha) and I'm trying to understand Tennis a little more. So, who are the 3 people behind the players (looks like they are on pedestals of some type). And, what's up with the kids with the umbrellas? Why do they have one arm behind their back?
