Is there a tower or pedestal fan that has a low seed? It must be quiet! Prefer Hunter, do they make one?

I have a room with no a/c duct. Can't put a ceiling fan. So I'm looking for a quiet tower or pedestal fan.I would really like to know if Hunter makes one and if it is quiet. I really like Hunter fans. Also, I only have about $80 to spend. Help!
