Wht kind of mushroom is under my tree?

long reddish orange stemmed with a darker Orange cap that is covered in a black that looks like greasy black shiny tar..... there is what looks like a animals poop like cat or something and there are about three shrooms growing from the poop. then in three random spots around the tree trunk on the ground they are growing in sets of three and four. they grew in the morning and now are wilted laying flat on the ground since the day is almost over. the color did not change since morning. can someone please help me i can not find any pictures of them on google.
